SIGNATURE PROJECT: WATER STREET, LOWELLVILLE
At one point condemned and scheduled to be demolished, the two buildings on the corner of Water and Washington are currently experiencing a total rebirth.
On the corner sit 121-125 East Water Street, which are in the process of becoming three condo units.
The condos, two three-bedroom and one two-bedroom units, will all have a balcony overseeing the Mahoning River.
131 East Water Street has not begun construction yet as of June 2024.

SIGNATURE PROJECT:
MOUTAINEER RACING PAVILLION DECK
This 100' X 50' deck was built in 2023. It has a prime view of the home stretch of Mountaineer Park.
The deck is attached to the racing pavilion and is just a few steps away from facilities you may need at the resort.

SIGNATURE PROJECT: SKY ROOFING OFFICES
Due to officially begin construction on July 1, 2024, 4Sky will be constructing the 18,000 square foot facility.
The new offices will be built right next to the existing Sky Roofing offices in Canfield.
